RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

In order to get a refund or submit a complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us through the form on the website or directly at our e-mail address fursqunique@gmail.com and we will send you a refund / complaint form.
  2. Refund / complaint form
    You have 14 days to return the Goods. Fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: your name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for complain/return, date of purchase and possible defect and, in the case of return, data for the money transfer.
  3. Send the Goods
    If you submit a complaint or returning the goods, please send the product together with all its accessories in the original packaging/box. When returning the Goods, they must be unused.

We do not accept COD packages.

  1. Complaint procedure/Reimbursement
    The complaint procedure lasts 14 days. In case of a return, money are reimbursed within 14 days after receiving the product.


We would also like to inform you about the possibility of resolving disputes by electronic means using the ODR (online dispute resolution) platform.
